5 Minute EveryDay Fresh Bread

Five Minute every day Bread

6.5 cups of Plain/Bread flour
1.5 Salt
1.5 Yeast
3 cups of lukewarm water

Mix all above in a bit tub.

Mixture should be 'soggy' if not add abit more water, when the mixture is more wet and too moist to knead the bread come outs with more or bigger holes, which is what I like.

Let to rest for atleast 2 hours then either put in fridge and take out when necessary.

Cut a piece off and shape, rest for 45 mins. then bake in preheated oven at 225.
Remember to pour cold water in tray below for that steamy effect for crunchy crust.

Add whatever nuts, olives, herbs you feel.
