Sauces - Bird's Eye parsley & Bearnaise


 White sauce:
Butter
Plain Flour
Parsley
Goat Yoghurt
Milk
Salt pepper


BĂ©arnaise Sauce 

3x Yolks
Butter
Vinegar
Herbs (ie tarragon; marjarom; thyme)
Salt pepper
