Quick Cabbage and Pomegranite Salad


Cabbage
Coriander leaves
Fennel
Olive Oil
Salt & pepper
Pomegranate

Cut cabbage and fennel  as thinly as possible.
Add coriander leaves.
Toss in olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Garnish with ruby red pomegranate seeds
