Super easy to make, just blitz the whole thing in a food processor.
Has a very spreadable texture, a real rival to the other vegetarian pate...the eggplant/aubergine meatless 'other'
- 1-2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion chopped
- Lots of mushrooms
- handful of fresh corriander
- handful of walnuts.
- Salt
Pepper
- Chop onions and mushrooms.
- Saute in hot oil until soft.
- Place in food processor with nuts and greens
- Process until fine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
