Mayonaise

 

So freakin easy it's criminal never ever buy store-bought chemical filled mayo ever again!

Ingredients

Full egg yolk and whites
salt
vinegar
oil neutral

Note: 
Layer ingredients
The egg then oil on top (Do NOT stir)
Add salt, vinegar

Mix without moving the blend stick till light and fluffy. Refrigerate.

Tip: I sometimes like to add black garlic granules, it adds depth, flavour and colour! if you don't mind your mayo to be slightly beige
