Crazy Crunchy salad with dollops of zingy taste bombs
Walnuts prep
walnuts whole/or halves
Maple syrup
Tamari soy sauce
Paprika
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Thick zingy dollops
½ cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked till softest - use hot water to speed up the process
1 garlic clove, peeled
Nutritional yeast
Lemon juice
Orange juice
Olive oil
Dijon mustard
Note: Be careful no citrus seeds fall in the mixer, (will taste bitter!)
Dressing
Shake in jar:

Salt
Dijon
Olive oil

Salad - Shaved
Brussels
Cabbage (red or white)
Fennel
Flax torillas
1 cups of freshly grounded Flax seeds
1/2 cup of water - Heat in saucepan
When boil stir in flax seeds
Cook till sticky blob
Cool on baking paper with a little olive oil
Between two baking sheets, flatten a small ball of flax dough and roll between the two sheets (with a little oil to avoid sticking). Cook on a hot skillet till done. Repeat for all the dough
