Beets Salad
Raw beets grated
Walnuts (toasted)
Sweet/Tarty fruit ie: apples; strawberries; chezzek
Dressing:
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar/silan/honey
Grate raw beets (no need to cook first)
Add chopped fruit
Add nuts
Toss in dressing
