Beans 2 kg

Fry onions
Add garlic
Add beans, red, black, white
Cover with water.
Add ketchup, silan - do not add too much. Better too little and add more, than reverse.
Do not add salt. it toughens the skins. At the end of cooking or when serving
Cook on low heat till beans are soft - Hours!
Becomes, brownish red, gooey and delicious! Cook for your own personal consistency
Can be used for burritos, with rice, buckwheat, potatoes etcs
