Sugar/silan/honey
Grate raw beets (no need to cook first)
Add chopped fruit
Add nuts
Toss in dressing

Celery and Apple Salad
Sooooo in love with this Salad.
Best of all you use ALL the celery, leaves and ugly stems. The Whole LOT!!
Ingredients
Green Apples - no need to peel, just chopped to small piecesCelery, leaves and stems chopped to tiny pieces
Pumpkin seeds (toasted)
Sunflower seeds (toasted)
Cranberries
Goji Berries (optional)
Coriander (optional)
Walnuts (optional)
Dressing:
Lemon
Olive Oil
Salt
The success of this salad lies in the chopping to small pieces all the green veggies and fruit, ie celery, coriander and apples.
Here all ready to go!
This salad travels very well to picnics, camping etc. Just keep the dressing in a handy bottle add before serving along with toasted seeds.
Note: Sprinkle seeds just before serving to prevent sogginess
like celery!

Green onions/red onions
Walnuts (optional)
Dressing:
Lemon juice
Olive oil

(Drizzle of Balsamic concentrate -optional)
Take out post soaked lentils from the freezer.
Boil in water till just soft. Drain
Peel and chop to small pieces the green apples
Clean well and de-thread the celery. Chop to small pieces, add to apples.
Chop green onions or red for colour.
Toast walnuts
Toss and mix well the dressing and lemon zest.
Top with warm walnuts.
Quick drizzle of balsamic concentrate.
Serve with wedges of lemons (optional)
